17 Aug “Anya” – They just keep getting better
I named this instrument “Anya” after a very nice and attractive young lady I met at a Tinsley Ellis show at the Knotty Pine in Victor, Idaho last spring. I told her I was going to name a guitar after her and I did. So Anya, if you’re out there, this one’s for you!!!
This guitar has beautiful Brazilian rosewood back and sides with an Engelmann spruce top…Spanish cedar neck, Ebony fingerboard and a redwood burl rosette. The Engelmann gives the instrument a bit dryer sound and the combination of Brazilian gives it power, volume, balance, clarity, string separation and good juju. I am very proud of this guitar and like I said “they just keep getting better”.
